Return Policy

We are no longer accepting physical returns to our warehouse. If you’d like to receive a refund on any unused or gently used products purchased from our website, please contact Customer Care team at and include you order number for your refund to be processed. Orders within 30 days will receive either a full or partial refund based on your return request.

If you received a damaged item, please take a photo of the item that clearly shows the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team at Please include a description of the damaged item, along with your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the outcome.
