We are no longer accepting physical returns to our warehouse. If you’d like to receive a refund on any unused or gently used products purchased from our website, please contact Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include you order number for your refund to be processed. Orders within 30 days will receive either a full or partial refund based on your return request.
If you received a damaged item, please take a photo of the item that clearly shows the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team at email@example.com. Please include a description of the damaged item, along with your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the outcome.
